At the end of the term, the product transfers to you. It is a rent-to-own arrangement, not a rental you have to return.

How it works: 6 steps
Here is the full process from browsing to the moment a technician walks you through your new appliance.
Step 1 — Browse and choose (15 minutes). Visit the LG Subscribe catalogue and pick the product that fits your home. Select a term (60 or 84 months) and a care tier (Self-Service, Combined Maintenance, or Regular Visit).
Step 2 — Submit your application (10 minutes). Send us your details via WhatsApp or the enquiry form — full name, IC number, delivery address and contact number. Our consultants answer any questions and confirm eligibility before anything is signed.
Step 3 — Register your card and sign the e-contract (5 minutes). Register a credit or debit card for monthly auto-debit and sign the subscription agreement digitally. There is no deposit, no upfront lump sum, and your card's credit limit is not blocked — only the monthly charge is debited each cycle.
Step 4 — LG approves and schedules (1–3 working days). LG runs a quick eligibility and credit check (you must not be blacklisted) and confirms the order. We then schedule delivery and installation around your availability.
Step 5 — Delivery and professional installation (free, nationwide). LG delivers to your doorstep anywhere in Peninsular and East Malaysia. A trained technician handles unpacking, installation, commissioning and a walkthrough so you know how everything works.
Step 6 — Ongoing care for the whole term. LG proactively contacts you to schedule maintenance visits, ship replacement filters or consumables, and handle any warranty repairs. Your coverage runs for the full 60 or 84 months.
The whole process takes 1 to 2 weeks from enquiry to installation, depending on your location and stock availability. Klang Valley deliveries are often faster.

The 3 care tiers explained
Every subscription includes a care tier. Think of it as choosing how hands-on you want to be with maintenance.
Self-Service (lowest monthly rate). Replacement filters and consumables are shipped to your door on schedule. You handle routine cleaning and filter swaps yourself — it takes about a minute per swap on water purifiers. Full warranty and repair coverage are included, plus priority phone and WhatsApp support.
Combined Maintenance (middle tier). Everything in Self-Service, plus scheduled technician visits for thorough cleaning and performance checks. A good middle ground if you want some hands-off convenience without paying for full Regular Visit.
Regular Visit (highest monthly rate). Fully hands-off. LG's care team handles every maintenance task on a fixed cadence — technician visits every 3 months, all filter and consumable replacements on site, interior and exterior deep cleaning, performance inspection, and replacement of internal parts subject to wear (such as water purifier piping) once a year.
The price difference between tiers varies by product. On the PuriCare 4-WARD+ water purifier, for example, Self-Service is RM70/month and Regular Visit plans are available on higher-tier models like the ATOM-U starting at RM110/month.

What happens at the end?
The product transfers to you. LG Subscribe is rent-to-own — once the term is complete, the appliance is yours. You can also choose to upgrade to a newer LG model at that point, or renew your plan.
