Register a credit or debit card for monthly auto-debit and sign the subscription agreement digitally. There's no deposit, no upfront lump sum, and the card's credit limit is not blocked — only the monthly charge is debited each cycle.
LG reviews the application (a quick eligibility and credit check — you mustn't be blacklisted) and confirms the order. We then schedule delivery and installation around your availability.
LG delivers to your doorstep and a technician handles the full installation — unpacking, mounting or placement, commissioning, and a short walkthrough so you know how everything works.
LG proactively contacts you to schedule maintenance visits, ship replacement filters or consumables, and handle any warranty repairs. Your coverage runs for the full term of the plan — 60 or 84 months.

Most LG Subscribe products are offered on a 60-month (5-year) or 84-month (7-year) term. A few categories are available outright only. Pick the option that fits your household.

Best for hands-on households comfortable with simple DIY maintenance.

What are the eligibility requirements?+
Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 21 and above with a valid IC and proof of address. LG runs a quick eligibility check — you shouldn't currently be blacklisted. Our consultants confirm everything before you sign.
What's the difference between the 60 and 84-month plans?+
Same product, same warranty, same care tier options — but the 84-month plan has a lower monthly rate because the cost is spread over a longer term. The 60-month plan finishes sooner if you prefer a shorter commitment. Not all products offer the 84-month option.
Can I buy some products outright instead of subscribing?+
Yes. Certain products — xboom speakers, some water purifier and dehumidifier models, and a few appliances — can be purchased outright. 0% instalment plans are available through major Malaysian bank credit cards for selected items. Speak to our consultants to check a specific model.
What happens at the end of my subscription?+
The product transfers to you at the end of the contract — LG Subscribe is a rent-to-own arrangement. You can also speak to us about upgrading to a newer LG model early if you'd prefer.
Can I cancel early?+
Yes. You can settle the contract early at any point. Service coverage and warranty remain valid until the original end date of your plan. Specific early-termination conditions vary by plan — our consultants walk you through the details before sign-up.
Is installation really free?+
Standard installation is included for every subscription. For wall-mount TVs, split-system air conditioners or any install requiring custom fabrication, confirm with our consultants during enquiry — some edge cases may carry a small add-on charge.
How long does delivery take?+
Typically 3–14 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location and stock availability. Klang Valley deliveries are often faster.
